Everything you need to know to run your loyalty program effectively

1. Getting Started

What is Loyalty+?

Loyalty+ is a QR-based loyalty platform that helps businesses reward customers for their visits and purchases. Customers earn points through check-ins or cashier-assisted transactions, and can redeem rewards when they reach point thresholds.

Quick Setup Checklist

  • Create your account - Sign up at the registration page
  • Configure reward rules - Set points per visit/purchase in the Rewards section
  • Print your QR codes - Get QR codes from the Stores section
  • Start earning customers - Display QR codes at your store

2. Customer Registration

New customers can join your loyalty program by scanning a Registration QR Code.

Get Your Registration QR Code

Go to Admin → Stores → Select Store → QR Options → Registration QR

Print this QR code and display it at:

  • Your entrance
  • Cash register area
  • Table tents
  • Receipts

Customer Scans QR Code

When a customer scans the QR code with their phone camera, they'll see a registration page.

Customer is Registered!

The customer now appears in your Customers list in the admin dashboard. They're ready to start earning points!

3. Earning Points (Check-in)

Customers earn points by scanning a Check-in QR Code when they visit your store.

VISIT Mode

Award fixed points per check-in visit. Example: 10 points per visit.

UNIT Mode

Award points per item purchased. Example: 1 point per coffee bought.

SPEND Mode

Award points based on amount spent. Example: 1 point per €1 spent.

Display Check-in QR Code

Get the Check-in QR from Stores → QR Options → Check-in QR. Display it where customers can scan after making a purchase.

Customer Scans to Check-in

Registered customers scan the QR code. They'll see their current points and earn rewards based on your reward rules.

Cooldown Protection

To prevent abuse, customers can only check-in once per cooldown period (default: 60 minutes). You can adjust this in Rewards → Reward Rules.

4. Cashier Award Points

Use the Cashier Mode when you want staff to manually award points after verifying a purchase. This gives you more control over the process.

When to use Cashier Mode

  • When you want to verify the purchase amount
  • For SPEND or UNIT based rewards
  • When customer doesn't have their phone
  • For manual point adjustments

Open Cashier Page

Access the Cashier QR code from Stores → QR Options → Cashier QR. Staff can scan this to open the cashier interface, or bookmark the URL.

Look Up Customer

Enter the customer's phone number to find their account and see their current points balance.

Award Points

Enter the purchase amount or units, then award points. The system calculates based on your reward rules.

Redeem Rewards (Optional)

If the customer has enough points for a reward, the cashier can process a redemption on the same screen.

Registration QR

For new customers to sign up and join your loyalty program.
